At Leadership Prep Foundation Inc. (LPF), our mission is to nurture the leadership skills of highly motivated students through engaging educational and sports programs. As a 501(c) nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to empowering students to become proactive contributors to their local and global communities by enhancing their personal leadership abilities.

Our goal is the development of Leadership Prep Fellows, young leaders who possess both the skills and drive to inspire change within their schools, build stronger communities, and positively impact organizations. As part of our commitment to this mission, LPF sponsors a range of innovative youth leadership workshops and summer educational as well as sports camps throughout the year.
