Anthony Witherspoon Jr. is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience training amateur and professional athletes across all levels. As the Director of Operations for the Leadership Prep Foundation, Anthony Jr. plays a pivotal role in executing the organization's mission to develop youth leadership and character through sports and personal growth initiatives.

In addition to his leadership role, Anthony Jr. serves as the Lead Sports Performance Trainer, where he combines his extensive knowledge of athletic training with a passion for empowering athletes to reach their full potential. His innovative approach has helped countless individuals achieve peak physical and mental performance.

Anthony Jr. also oversees LPF’s Creative Video Design Program as the Lead Videographer and Photographer. His creative expertise captures the spirit of LPF’s programs, documenting the transformative journeys of its participants and amplifying the foundation's impact through powerful visual storytelling.
