HOW YOUTH CAN BENEFIT FROM LEADERSHIP PREP FOUNDATION

“Preparing the Next Generation of Leaders”

and to facilitate its goal of developing the next generation of young minds, Leadership Prep Foundation (LPF), is presently in the Campaign stage of raising funds to build the Leadership Prep Foundation Sports Performance and Leadership Development Academy. The LPF programs provide an array of leadership development and life skills training for youth. To be successful future leaders, students must learn to interpret the times they live in, envision the future, and plan the steps to achieving success for themselves and the companies they own or work for. The LPF Staff Leaders serves as mentors and teachers and help paint pictures for the students to help them see what effective leaders see and how they think. Students will wake up each morning utilizing a future reality as their compass; with the awakening knowledge the future is coming, and consequently say to themselves… “I've got to be ready.”

Leadership Prep Foundation's mission is to help young people achieve their full potential. Working within schools, families, and community organizations, LPF's goal is to lead youth to successful thinking, instill positive core values, develop strong leadership qualities, and provide educational, athletic, and leadership enhancement activities that will enhance not only their personal lives but their communities as well.
